ONE HUNDRED DAYS
One Hundred Days
The name One Hundred Days (OHD) reflects not only our desire to recognize the impact and devastation of those one hundred days in 1994 genocide when one million people perished, but more importantly, to partner with Rwandans as they redeem and restore their country.
Compelled by Christ
Isaiah 61 is the benchmark of our calling. Our desire is for Christ’s love and redeeming power to work through us in order to participate in God's restoration work in Rwanda.
We are dedicated to restoration in a holistic manner. We are concerned with the physical, intellectual, emotional, and economic aspects of the whole nation, the whole family and the whole child.
One Hundred Days is dedicated to projects that have been initiated or desired by the local community and can be sustained locally as well. Though the hospital will not be independent of outside resources at first; it is the ultimate goal.
OHD began in a partnership with a Rwandan visionary. Built upon the foundation of a twenty-five year relationship, Simon and Kedress Nziramakenga have earned our trust. Since then, we have also partnered with other individuals and organizations who have proven their integrity.
Passionate service that meets the spiritual, emotional, and physical needs of the men, women, and children if Rwanda. We want to have an attitude of humble service. We purpose to truly partner and learn from those we are serving.
We are committed to creating beautiful surroundings that befit the dignity and value of every person we serve and that transform the healing process.
